Airline Transportation from the US to Johannesburg as well as items of a strictly personal nature such as excess baggage charges, optional activities or activities other than noted, beverages and liquors outside of meals, premium brands in Botswana, laundry and valet service, telephone calls, room service and any meals not listed as included in this program. Zambian Departure taxes (currently $25, subject to change). Purchase of any necessary travel documents such as passports, visas, etc. Reward House, Inc. will provide any necessary application forms and complete instructions for any such documentation. Any additional costs incurred as a result of fuel surcharges or increases, bad weather, delayed flights and other elements beyond our control. Supplementary costs for single room occupancy or suites.
